Erinin Research Group
Welcome to the Erinin Research Group, located in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan. We are interested in studying a large range of problems in fluid mechanics, including free-surface flows, multiphase flows, and surfactant laden flows. Occasionally, we develop experimental measurement techniques to help us study these fluid flows. Our work is primarily experimental but is often supported by simulations and theory.
Our research has environmental, naval, and industrial applications. You can find out more about our work on this website.
We are actively recruiting Ph.D. students for the Fall 2025 term. More information will be available in the coming months.
